Chocolate pudding pie

3 cups whole milk

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup corn starch

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

3 Tbsp butter

Whisk all ingredients except butter into a saucepan. Whisk constantly at Med high heat until thickened. Once thick, remove from heat and whisk in butter. Pour into container or pie crust. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours
