4 cups stock
4 cups water
1/2 onion chopped
8 cloves garlic
1 carrot shredded
1/4 cup orzo
3 cups spinach rinsed
1 can cannellini beans
2 cups chicken thighs chopped
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp corn starch
Cook onions and garlic in grease with salt
Add shredded carrot
Add stock and water
When boiling , add orzo
When orzo floats, add beans and spinach and chicken
When spinach is wilted, add milk and starch whisked
Add salt and pepper to taste

Let simmer for 5 minutes and then serve
